Lindsay opens up about her own experiences balancing financial and mental health challenges, including a time when she was making less money as a social worker than she did waiting tables. With a degree in sociology, a Master’s in Social Work, and certifications in Financial Social Work and Financial Therapy, Lindsay approaches this work with compassion and a shame-free mindset to help people get their minds and money in balance.
